By accessing or using PhotoLabs ("Service"), operated by TechRadar LTD (Company Number: 16446173), a company registered in England and Wales, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

PhotoLabs provides AI-powered image processing services including background removal, AI background generation, and batch image processing. The Service operates on a credit-based system.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Billing

• Credits are used to process images through our Service
• Credits reset monthly and do not roll over to the next billing period
• All prices are displayed in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, or AUD as selected
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Use the Service for any automated or bulk processing beyond your plan limits
• Resell or redistribute processed images as a service to third parties

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images. We do not claim ownership of your content. Processed images are stored for 7-30 days depending on your plan, after which they are permanently deleted.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechRadar LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
